Delivery Times: Our teams strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of confirming your purchase.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary based on the weight of the package, the destination and the shipping method selected. You will find the available options and their costs during checkout. Shipping is FREE for orders over 60 EUR in Italy while for other European countries it is FREE for orders over 150 EUR.

Return: If the product ordered is defective or does not correspond to the one ordered, we will send you a label to place on the package and send it back. In this case we will either issue a refund or deliver the correct product.

If you made a mistake when ordering a product, you can replace it by returning the package to our address at your expense.
