Limitation of Liability
Orizont Line Sagl will not be responsible towards the User, except in case of malice or gross negligence, for inefficiencies or malfunctions related to the use of the internet network outside of its control or of its suppliers.
Orizont Line Sagl will not be responsible for damages, losses and costs suffered by the User as a consequence of the non-execution of the contract for causes not attributable to him.
Orizont Line Sagl will not be responsible for any fraudulent and illicit use that may be made by third parties of credit cards and other means of payment.
Orizont Line will not be responsible for any loss of business opportunity and any other loss, even indirect, that may be suffered by the User that is not a direct consequence of the breach of contract by Orizont Line or wrong or unsuitable use of the Application by Users or third parties under any circumstances.
