Shipping is FREE for orders over 60 EUR in Italy while for other European countries it is FREE for orders over 150 EUR.

Return: If the product ordered is defective or does not correspond to the one ordered, we will send you a label to place on the package and send it back. In this case we will either issue a refund or deliver the correct product.

If you made a mistake when ordering a product, you can replace it by returning the package to our address at your expense.
