Corleggeri di Grondona
In ancient times it was known as "Biscotto della Salute", a delicate, light and nutritious biscuit that is still a precious wellness ingredient today. A toasted slice high in protein, but low in fat.
We called them Corleggeri because they have a heart made of lightness, a fine alveolation that comes from the natural leavening of Madre Bianca, without the use of brewer's yeast, only yeasts obtained from the white mother Grondona. A lightness that is the heart of a healthy and balanced breakfast.
