The perfume, the digestibility, the fragrance of the product is exclusively due to the use of "100% Grondona natural yeast from white mother" and to the addition of an excellent extra virgin olive oil. This means that during the whole processing phase of the doughs (over two days), no quantity, even minimal, has ever been added, brewer's yeast or other "starter" preparations that contain brewer's yeast, this also applies to the various "Refreshments".
The product is therefore an excellent bread (traditional bread is now almost all made with brewer's yeast) for breakfasts, bruschetta, canapés, soups, salads, etc. reducing it to crumbs, it is also suitable for breading. Compared to bread it has a higher yield thanks to the low humidity, lasts longer and therefore reduces waste.
