Tutto parte dalla pre-infusione che prepara il caffè macinato, bagnandolo in modo uniforme grazie al filtro superiore. Successivamente un sistema di doppia pressione permette di selezionare l'estrazione migliore, alta o bassa in base alle bevande, per un risultato in tazza sempre ottima.
