Everything starts from the pre-infusion that prepares the ground coffee, wetting it uniformly thanks to the upper filter. Subsequently, a double pressure system allows you to select the best extraction, high or low based on the drinks, for an always excellent result in the cup.

Return: If the product ordered is defective or does not correspond to the one ordered, we will send you a label to place on the package and send it back. In this case we will either issue a refund or deliver the correct product.

If you made a mistake when ordering a product, you can replace it by returning the package to our address at your expense.
