Delivery Times

Our teams strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Usually, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after purchase confirmation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the package weight, destination, and selected shipping method. You will find the available options and their respective costs during checkout.

Free shipping is available for all orders over €60 delivered in Italy (excluding islands). Over €150 for deliveries to Austria, France (excluding islands), Germany, the Netherlands, and Spain (excluding islands).

Returns

If the ordered product is defective or does not match the one purchased, we will send you a return label to place on the package and send it back. In this case, we will either issue a refund or send the correct product.

If you ordered the wrong product, you may exchange it by returning the package to our address at your expense.
