How to Make Coffee Liqueur Negroni
The preparation of this cocktail is simple and takes a few minutes, but the result is an explosion of flavors that will satisfy even the most demanding palates.
1. Prepare the Glass
Take an old-fashioned glass (or low tumbler) and fill it with ice. This step is essential to properly chill the cocktail and maintain its perfect consistency.
2. Pour the ingredients
Pour 30ml of gin into the glass, followed by 30ml of Campari and 30ml of coffee liqueur . The order in which you pour the ingredients isn't crucial, as they will be mixed, but many prefer to start with the gin to ensure it distributes well in the glass.
3. Mix with care
Using a bar spoon, gently stir the cocktail for about 20 seconds. This allows the ingredients to blend and cool evenly, ensuring each sip is balanced.
4. Garnish
Top off your coffee liqueur Negroni with a slice of orange. The orange zest adds a citrusy flavor that pairs beautifully with the bitter notes and aftertaste of the coffee.
5. Enjoy your Negroni al Caffè!
